I'm Christy Amada, Founder and Chief Strategist of Amada Development Services, LLC.
Throughout my career in education, nonprofit leadership, communications, marketing, fundraising, and consulting, I've found that the work I am most passionate about is helping organizations solve problems, uncover opportunities, and strengthen the relationships that help them thrive.
I'm a problem solver at heart. I love partnering with leaders and teams to understand what's working, what's not, and what may be getting in the way of growth. Often, the challenge that first gets our attention is only part of the story. By looking across strategy, operations, marketing, communications, and the customer, donor, or member experience, I help identify gaps and opportunities that might otherwise be missed.
My approach begins with understanding your organization: its mission, goals, audiences, challenges, and aspirations. From there, we'll determine where to focus, develop a practical strategy, and identify the steps needed to move forward. And if you need hands-on support, I can work alongside you and your team to help put that strategy into action.
